Program Notes are copyright
by Susan Halpern. The copyright notice must accompany use of the notes in
any form. Programs include up to four compositions ($35 for each
additional note) and may be used up to three times on three consecutive
dates in the same venue. Clients agree to notify us if they wish to use
them for any other purpose or at any other place or time.
Prices are quoted in U.S.
dollars and not net of state and local taxes. An invoice, including an
applicable handling and delivery charge is included with each order.
Payment in full is due within 30 days of invoice date. Overdue account may
become subject to a 1.5% per month late charge. No return or cancellation
credits are applicable. |
